Óbidos, Alcobaça, Nazaré and Fátima

PrivateLane driving you... to Óbidos, this medieval village, surrounded by impressive walls, and topped, with a historical castle. The village is very well preserved, with small alleys and churches with more than 500 years old, against a picturesque backdrop of fields and natural landscape. Óbidos invites you to taste the famous liquor, Ginjinha!
Our next stop is Alcobaça, and the Royal Abbey of Santa Maria, one of the oldest monastery buildings in Portugal, with its primitive façade highlighting the period of the creation of Portugal. Then we head onto Nazaré, a quaint fishing village. We suggest that one takes the cable car to the top of the village to enjoy a breath-taking vista of the harbour, beach, and Atlantic Ocean.
Finally, we reach Fátima, considered one of the world's most holy sites. Here, you can interact with one of the greatest shrines of Marian devotion in the world, a place of pilgrimage for the more than 6 million per year. We visit the Basilica of Our Lady and the Chapel of the Apparitions, as well as a piece of the Berlin Wall, which was delivered to the Shrine with the fall of communism. Return to Lisbon.
